Training Schedule Format

  • Two to four (2–4) weekly 2-hour team training sessions that works on a variety of technical, tactical, mobility, and soccer-specific skillsets
  • One-hour fitness-only sessions will be announced with a few days’ notice per allowances in the club schedule
